Sales & Information Staff
80-100% workload, for Arosa Lenzerheide (workplace Arosa)

Your tasks:
- Sale of tickets for the entire product range of the Arosa Lenzerheide region
- Guest advice and information
- Providing information about the tourism offer in general
- Management of cash and payment means including daily closings
- Processing guest enquiries, group orders and online support
- Maintaining status messages for guests, supporting the forwarding of information to partners
- Further administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training (commercial or sales training)
- Enjoyment in dealing with guests
- Strong customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Confident German in spoken and written form, good English skills, additional languages an advantage
- Willingness to work at weekends as well as independent and reliable working style
- Passionate about mountain and snow sports and enjoyment of seasonal work
