• Development, maintenance, and updating of T&C procedures, test specifications, and workflows to ensure consistent execution
• Coordinating, executing, and documenting system deployments and field tests based on approved test documentation on site
• Managing hardware and software configurations on site, ensuring proper documentation and version control
• Recording and analyzing incidents and tracking risk mitigation measures and corrective actions
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in close collaboration with engineering, project management, and the customer
• Planning electrical and mechanical changes and procuring components in coordination with engineering and project management
• Performing or supporting other field activities (tests, limited electrical and mechanical changes, and more), including work on tracks
• Close collaboration with the customer and commissioning teams

• Degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering (TU/FH) or comparable technical training
• Several years of practical work experience in the industrial sector, preferably in rail transport
• Experience in commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting
• Experience in creating, reviewing, and maintaining technical documentation
• Experience in requirements management (IBM DNG, PLM, or similar)
• Knowledge of railway signaling systems (CBTC and/or mainline interlocking) is a great advantage
• Team player, solution-oriented, and flexible for night work and travel
• Fluent English skills are mandatory, German and/or French fluent
