YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Development, maintenance, and updating of T&C procedures, test specifications, and workflows to ensure consistent execution
Coordinating, executing, and documenting system deployments and field tests based on approved test documentation on site
Managing hardware and software configurations on site, ensuring proper documentation and version control
Recording and analyzing incidents and tracking risk mitigation measures and corrective actions
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in close collaboration with engineering, project management, and the customer
Planning electrical and mechanical changes and procuring components in coordination with engineering and project management
Performing or supporting other field activities (tests, limited electrical and mechanical changes, and more), including work on tracks
Close collaboration with the customer and commissioning teams

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering (TU/FH) or comparable technical training
Several years of practical work experience in the industrial sector, preferably in rail transport
Experience in commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting
Experience in creating, reviewing, and maintaining technical documentation
Experience in requirements management (IBM DNG, PLM, or similar)
Knowledge of railway signaling systems (CBTC and/or mainline interlocking) is a great advantage
Team player, solution-oriented, and flexible for night work and travel
Fluent English skills are mandatory, German and/or French fluent
