YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Development, maintenance, and updating of T&C procedures, test specifications, and workflows to ensure consistent execution
- Coordinating, executing, and documenting system deployments and field tests based on approved test documentation on site
- Managing hardware and software configurations on site, ensuring proper documentation and version control
- Recording and analyzing incidents and tracking risk mitigation measures and corrective actions
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in close collaboration with engineering, project management, and the customer
- Planning electrical and mechanical changes and procuring components in coordination with engineering and project management
- Performing or supporting other field activities (tests, limited electrical and mechanical changes, and more), including work on tracks
- Close collaboration with the customer and commissioning teams
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering (TU/FH) or comparable technical training
- Several years of practical work experience in the industrial sector, preferably in rail transport
- Experience in commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting
- Experience in creating, reviewing, and maintaining technical documentation
- Experience in requirements management (IBM DNG, PLM, or similar)
- Knowledge of railway signaling systems (CBTC and/or mainline interlocking) is a great advantage
- Team player, solution-oriented, and flexible for night work and travel
- Fluent English skills are mandatory, German and/or French fluent
