Your Tasks

You will take on assignments in basic and treatment care for our residents
You advise and support our guests and their relatives
You conduct needs assessments with RAI-HC at the client
You create care documentation and individual care planning
Other employees will guide, advise, and coach you
You take over the holiday replacement of the nursing management

What You Bring

Training as a Certified Nursing Specialist
Several years of professional experience in long-term care or home care is an advantage
You are resilient, flexible, and used to working independently
RAI training
