Medical Practice Assistant 80-100% (m/f/d)
Outpatient Services, Memory Clinic
Your Tasks
- Organization and administration of the Memory Clinic together with the secretariat
- Consultation assistance, including collection of the Clinical Dementia Rating Scale (CDR)
- Assistance with lumbar punctures and neurological examinations
- Performing blood draws
- Collaboration with general practitioner practices and external agencies regarding findings and documentation
- Coordination and supervision in the administrative area in consultation with the department management
- Assistance to the department and position management
- Support in controlling
Your Profile
- Basic training as MPA, nurse, or equivalent
- Experience in practice management or secretariat management is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in healthcare desirable
- Very good MS Office skills
- Confident German language skills, English skills are an advantage
- Forward-thinking as well as goal-oriented and patient-focused actions
- Organized, structured, and efficient working style
- Enjoyment in working with people with neurological and psychiatric disorders
