What you will achieve with us

You are responsible for an attractive property portfolio with a focus on residential properties and ensure that owners, tenants, and buildings work well together.

• You lead two property management teams professionally
• You manage your own portfolio (institutional owners).
• You plan budgets, check accounts, and keep an eye on quality and costs.
• You maintain direct contact with tenants, owners, and authorities.

  You ensure owner-specific reporting

What you bring

You bring experience and expertise and gladly take on responsibility. Your attitude, personality, and enjoyment of working with people distinguish you.

• You have a commercial education and hold the professional certificate as a property manager.
• You have several years of experience in property management.
• You have sound knowledge of tenancy law and property maintenance.
• You present yourself confidently, negotiate skilfully, and communicate reliably.
• You are well organised, quality-conscious, and service-oriented.
• You communicate fluently in German.
