For Hustech AG at the Effretikon location, we are looking for a committed and reliable individual as a Technical Clerk Electrical EFZ to support our team with expertise and enthusiasm.

Your tasks:

Project administration: Support in the administration and handling of projects as well as coordination of the tasks involved Quotation management: Preparation and processing of quotations for small orders as well as handling of minor amendments Material & suppliers: Obtaining supplier quotations, material inquiries, and independent initiation of orders Project documents: Preparation, maintenance, and updating of project documents and technical documentation Technical documents: Support in the creation and processing of simple installation plans, schematics, and technical documents Reporting: Checking, preparation, and careful updating of reporting documents Invoicing: Preparation of the necessary documents for correct and timely invoicing Service administration: Administrative support in the processing and handling of service orders Office organisation: General technical and administrative support of the project team in the office

Your profile:

• A completed apprenticeship as an Electrical Installer EFZ or Electrical Planner EFZ and several years of professional experience
• Good IT skills
• Organisational talent for both technical and administrative tasks
• A clean and structured way of working
• Sense of responsibility, reliability, and high initiative
• You are communicative, a team player, flexible, and resilient
• Enjoy direct customer contact and have a confident, well-groomed appearance
• You enjoy working independently as well as in a team and are willing to think ahead and take responsibility
