Deputy Head of Patient Administration 90-100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Tariff-compliant billing of patient services
- Processing of invoice rejections
- Management of the counter including processing of inpatient admissions (1 day per week)
- Ensuring full cost coverage for inpatient treatments
- General office work (email and postal correspondence and providing information to internal and external parties)
- System maintenance and further development of the administration system (Nexus Hospis Pat NG)
- Participation in organisational, process and application optimisations
- Deputising for the Head of Patient Administration
Your profile
- Commercial training with professional experience in healthcare or comparable qualifications
- Sound knowledge of the Swiss tariff system
- Good communication skills and high social competence
- Networked thinking, independence and personal responsibility
- Strong affinity for IT applications
