Meaning and mission of our work

In doing so, we support people in psychological crises, stabilise challenging situations in the home environment and promote their independence step by step.
Your tasks
In your role, you accompany clients in their homes and take on psychiatric care in the outpatient setting with a high degree of independence. You build sustainable relationships, work to stabilise crisis situations and shape everyday life together with the people you care for. At the same time, you are closely networked within the team and contribute to joint professional development.
As team leader, your role also includes the organisational and professional management of a small team. You coordinate assignments, support employees in their professional development and actively contribute to the further development of our processes and services.
What you bring with you
You have training as a Psychiatric Nurse HF and bring experience in psychiatric care. You enjoy working independently, remain calm even in demanding situations and treat people with respect and empathy. Experience in a leadership role is an advantage but not a prerequisite; more important is your motivation to take on responsibility and grow into a leadership role. You think in a networked way, communicate clearly and work in a structured manner, but above all you enjoy shaping and further developing solutions together with others.
