Do you enjoy working independently, approach people openly, and already have experience with taking ear impressions? Or do you come from dental hygiene, dental assistance or prophylaxis and want to train in a new, exciting specialist field? Then we would like to get to know you.

For the further expansion of our otoplastic department, we are looking for a committed individual who will support our customers directly on site and independently manage projects from the initial enquiry to successful handover.

Your tasks

• You plan and organise your customer visits largely independently.
• You visit corporate clients on site and advise new and existing customers on customised hearing protection.
• You prepare quotations, follow up with customers and accompany the entire sales process.
• You professionally take ear impressions and digitise them for further processing.
• You carry out fitting and seal checks on finished otoplastics.
• You coordinate ongoing customer projects and keep track of appointments and orders.
• You remain a personal contact for your customers even after delivery.

Your profile

• Experience with ear impressions and otoplastics or training as a dental hygienist, dental assistant, prophylaxis assistant or in a comparable profession
• Enjoyment of precise practical work on people
• Enjoyment of customer contact, advice and sales
• Willingness to learn professional ear impression taking if you have no prior experience
• Independent, reliable and careful working style
• An open, likeable manner and enjoyment in dealing with different people
• Driving licence category B and willingness for regular customer visits

Your possible residential and operational area

Since you will carry out a large part of your work at our customers’ premises, you do not have to live directly in Flums.

Your place of residence could be in the following regions, for example:

• Linth area: Uznach, Rapperswil-Jona and surroundings
• Glarus: Glarus, Näfels and surroundings
• Lake Zurich & Zurich: Pfäffikon SZ, Wädenswil, Horgen, Zurich and surroundings
• Central Switzerland: Einsiedeln, Schwyz, Zug, Lucerne and surroundings

Depending on deployment planning, you can drive directly from your place of residence to our corporate clients. This allows the field service activity to be organised flexibly and efficiently.

What to expect

You will not have a classic office-only role with us: you will be on the move, get to know different companies and people, and take responsibility for your own customers and projects.

You will receive a varied role with a lot of personal responsibility and scope for creativity. At the same time, you will be part of a small team with short decision-making paths and can actively contribute to the further development of our otoplastic department.
