Flims Electric AG is a leading cross-sector company specialising in sustainable electricity and heat production as well as broadband communication. Its subsidiary, Flims Trin Energie AG, is the local distribution network operator and is responsible for the expansion of the electricity and communication network. With a dedicated and experienced team, Flims Electric has been working since 1904 on innovative and sustainable solutions for the communities of Flims and Trin – true to the motto: sinfonia d’energia.

To successfully lead Flims Electric AG into the next phase of growth, we are seeking an entrepreneurial and technically skilled individual as

With charisma and leadership strength, you will take over a healthy, regionally well-established company with a well-coordinated and motivated team. Your task is to build on this solid foundation and further develop Flims Electric AG and Flims Trin Energie AG as strong service providers, economically successful, sustainable, and with high quality for the region. In doing so, you combine entrepreneurial thinking with technical flair and primarily convince as a leader who strengthens people and cohesion.

Your area of responsibility:

• You create a shared understanding of the adopted corporate strategy and actively drive its implementation forward. Together with the Board of Directors, you shape the next strategy period – with the aim of proactively further developing the company with a focus on economic efficiency and sustainability.
• You bear overall responsibility for finances, from planning and budgeting to controlling and investment decisions.
• You lead and promote the management team and the entire staff, ensuring good collaboration and organisational stability.
• In a competitive environment, you position the products and services of Flims Electric AG and Flims Trin Energie AG, actively drive their marketing, and develop proactive solutions for the challenges of the industry.
• You conduct portfolio management by linking own production and structured energy procurement. You design efficient structures and processes that ensure high service quality for customers.
• You recognise opportunities from technological developments, regulatory frameworks, and the natural conditions of the region and utilise them for the company.
• You represent Flims Electric AG and Flims Trin Energie AG to customers, partners, authorities, and the public, strengthening their regional anchoring.

Your profile:

• You are a proven leader with several years of experience in an executive management role and know how to complement and further develop a well-functioning team.
• You hold a university of applied sciences or university degree in a technical field with business management further training.
• You have already carried financial responsibility at executive management level. You bring technical understanding and ideally experience in the energy industry or a related technical environment.
• You have proven experience in marketing products and services in a dynamic market environment.
• You convince with pronounced organisational skills and a structured, implementation-strong working style.
• As a person, you are honest, courageous, and curious, act responsibly and performance-oriented, treat others with respect, and can inspire. You embody these values and actively promote them within the company.
