Your field of activity

• You lead complex and versatile projects of the LUKS Group from initiation to successful implementation and are responsible for their planning, control and achievement of objectives
• Together with clinics, specialist departments and managers, you develop viable concepts and well-founded decision-making bases for the executive management and the board of directors
• You accompany demanding change processes, support the implementation of new solutions and ensure that strategic initiatives have an impact in everyday work
• Across departments and locations, you coordinate different stakeholders, create orientation and promote constructive collaboration

Your experience

• You bring proven experience in managing complex projects and accompanying change processes, preferably complemented by a university degree in business administration or a medical or nursing education with business administration further training; knowledge in Lean Management or Design Thinking is an advantage
• You analyse complex issues in a structured manner, develop convincing solution approaches, set clear priorities and drive initiatives purposefully into implementation
• You understand how to bring together different interests, moderate demanding discussions and win participants over to common goals through persuasive communication
• A strong sense of togetherness is important to you: you actively contribute to the team, seek professional exchange, support your colleagues and contribute to positive collaboration with openness and mutual appreciation
