Accounting Assistant at 50%
At the heart of the Lake Geneva region, the City of Morges works daily in the service of its citizens by ensuring rigorous and efficient management of its resources. As part of a temporary reinforcement within the Finance Department, we are looking for a:
Accounting Assistant at 50%
Main tasks:
- ensure the entry and processing of supplier invoices for several City entities;
- provide occasional support to general accounting;
- participate in the administrative follow-up and filing of accounting documents;
- collaborate with the accounting team to ensure deadlines are met and the quality of processing.
We are looking for:
- Federal VET Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent training;
- minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a public administration;
- knowledge of accounts payable; training in general accounting is an asset;
- ideally knowledge of the Abacus software;
- organisational skills, rigour and attention to detail;
- team spirit, autonomy and ability to manage priorities;
- excellent command of French.
