The Section of History and Aesthetics of Cinema of the Faculty of Arts at the University of Lausanne is advertising a position for a Doctoral Programme Coordinator.
Position Information
Start date: 1 September 2026 or to be agreed
Contract duration: Fixed-term contract of 12 months (potentially renewable)
Work rate: 20%
Workplace: Lausanne-Dorigny
Your Activities
Within this position, you will be required to carry out the following main tasks:
- Ensure the coordination of the doctoral school programme.
- Manage the coordination of doctoral colloquia.
- Organise, lead and provide supervision for seminars and doctoral meetings.
Your Profile
- PhD in Arts
- Experience desired in similar activities (coordination, administration, communication)
- Advanced language skills in French and English/German
- Knowledge of various scientific practices in the field of film and media studies
- Ability to work independently
