YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with clients and find innovative and tailored solutions
- Participate in the implementation of the ABACUS software in the areas of order management, project management, and production management
- Configure and set up applications mainly for the purchasing, sales, inventory, CRM, projects, service management, process implementation modules, etc.
- Set up and adapt ABACUS applications to meet client needs
- Use project management (Hermès 5)
- Ensure follow-up on client needs and software maintenance
- Train users
- Be ready to travel throughout French-speaking Switzerland (position based in Epalinges)
YOUR PROFILE
- Several years of professional experience in industry and service companies
- Successful experience in ERP project management
- Native French speaker with very good knowledge of German and English (min. B2)
- Meticulous, autonomous, and organized, with an analytical mind and a sense of responsibility
- Dynamic personality, recognized and appreciated interpersonal skills, team spirit, and customer orientation
