Responsibilities:- You advise and support customers in the service area and ensure a high level of service quality
- You accept service and repair orders, process them and ensure timely completion
- Coordination and organisation of the rental service including issue, return and inspection of equipment
- Carrying out various service tasks such as racket stringing, jersey and textile printing as well as ice skate maintenance
- You support the workshop and coordinate appointments in the bike workshop
- Organisation, maintenance and provision of materials and work equipment as well as support of the sales team when required
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact as well as strong service and customer orientation
- Technical understanding and manual skills in handling sports equipment and service tasks
- You work independently, reliably and carefully and have good organisational talent
- Team spirit, commitment and flexibility for seasonally changing tasks
- You have very good German skills and ideally experience in sales, service or workshop areas
- Willingness to learn and openness to new activities (e.g. racket stringing, bike service, textile printing)
