Introduction

The blindekuh Foundation is one of the most important institutions in Switzerland dedicated to the employment integration of blind and visually impaired people. With its unique dark restaurant concepts in Zurich and Basel, the foundation not only creates unforgettable experiences for its guests but also valuable jobs for people with visual impairments. Since its founding in 1999, the foundation has received numerous awards for its social commitment and innovative approaches.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and creative Head Chef who wishes to stay with us long-term and help develop our operation together with us.

With us, you can expect a meaningful role in a special gastronomic establishment. You will lead a small, fine kitchen team of five people, including one apprentice.

What we offer you

• Gross salary of CHF 6,300.– at 100%
• With completed head chef training CHF 6,500.–
• No hourly room charge
• Primarily evening service
• 6-day operation from Tuesday to Sunday, closed on Monday
• Christmas and New Year’s Eve off
