• Inspiring leadership of the 4 Swiss production sites, the central warehouse and the entire supply chain

• Empathetic leadership and development of 6 dedicated department heads

• Ensuring excellent operational processes considering the highest safety standards, Integrated Management System (Integrated management system) processes and compliance

• Strategic budget responsibility for maintenance and continuous process optimisation

• Active design and implementation of the supply chain strategy focusing on efficiency and cost management

• Identification and validation of forward-looking investment projects

• Responsibility for an exemplary Health, Safety and Environment plan in line with internal and external guidelines

• Confident communication and monitoring of internal guidelines for continuous development

• Optimisation of procurement and sales processes for maximum market impact

• Consistent promotion of a lived safety and quality culture

Convincing all round | Your profile

• ​Completed technical degree (process engineering, mechanical engineering or similar) with many years of proven success in production, logistics or supply chain
• Charismatic leader with a genuine can-do mentality who can inspire people and develop teams to top performance
• Strong communication skills and a passion for actively driving change processes
• Solid expertise in Health, Safety and Environment management, Integrated Management System and modern lean methods
• Excellent German and English skills, French an advantage
• Strong business thinking combined with the ability to translate visions into concrete strategies
• Entrepreneurial personality with strong decision-making skills and solution-oriented action
• Willingness to travel up to 60% within Switzerland
