About the job
These are your tasks
- Implementation and assurance of educational standards in practice
- Pedagogical coaching of trainers and apprentices / students
- Ensuring collaboration with ward managers
- Close cooperation with training managers and trainers
- Active participation in the further development of education-related projects
What you bring
- HF/FH nursing diploma with experience in psychiatric settings and a completed pedagogical additional qualification (SVEB-2 or higher)
- High professional and social competence as well as good communication skills
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
What you can expect
