What does your workday look like?
- Together with the 2 colleagues from HR, you are in daily contact with our employees and advise them on personnel-related topics.
- Independent handling of all HR processes such as personnel planning, recruitment, deployment planning, development, retention, exit, and payroll.
- Professional contact person for line managers and employees in all personnel matters.
What do you bring with you?
- You have a commercial basic education with further training in human resources.
- Due to your professional experience in a comparable role, you are an HR all-round talent.
- You see yourself as a service provider with pronounced social skills and bring good IT user knowledge (LOBOS and PEP advantageous).
- A pragmatic, hands-on personality with an independent and structured way of working rounds off your profile.
