RAI Responsible (m/f) 40 - 60%

Your Tasks

You monitor the correct RAI classifications of our residents
You ensure the quality of care according to RAI standards
You ensure the timely and correct classification of our residents
You are the contact person for health insurance companies regarding the classification of residents
You ensure that the care documentation is correctly maintained
You support the nursing staff in complex cases
You develop training materials and train the nursing staff on RAI and care documentation topics
You participate in cross-departmental projects

What You Bring

Training as a certified nurse / DN 2 / FALB
Training as a RAI Supervisor SAK
Several years of professional experience in long-term care
Good MS Office user skills
Very good German skills, spoken and written
