The EMS Parc de Beausobre is nestled in the park of the same name in the town of Morges, and offers personalised care for 82 residents. Designed to promote intergenerational links, the EMS is surrounded by a protected housing residence, a childcare centre and two secondary schools. The EMS Parc de Beausobre also has a restaurant and a cafeteria, open to all 7 days a week, a wellness area for residents (jacuzzi and sensory baths) and an aromatic garden whose perimeter is fully secured.
We are looking for the following for EMS Parc de Beausobre:
Health Assistants in Advanced Age Psychiatry - PAA2 (M/F) from 80% to 100%
Permanent contract, starting 01/12/2026

YOU HAVE
- A recognised Health Assistant, ASA or Nursing Assistant diploma by CRS.
- The Gineste-Marescotti (GM) certificate, an asset.
- Successful experience in geriatrics or advanced age psychiatry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, especially with elderly people.
- Gentleness and a particular sensitivity for supporting the elderly person.
- Availability to work continuous and split shifts, including some nights per month.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Support residents in daily life activities.
Ensure hygiene and comfort care for elderly people.
- Participate in adapting and maintaining the resident’s environment with their collaboration.
- Participate in an interdisciplinary care approach for residents.
