Tasks / Activities 

You will work as an all-rounder in various properties (residential and commercial buildings)

• Independently carrying out customer orders
• Painting work, depending on skills (carpentry, masonry, plastering, and sanitary work)
• Painting facades, mould treatment, etc.
• Assisting as an all-rounder in property maintenance

Additional tasks (up to approx. 20%, later possibly more)  

• Organising, planning painting orders and purchasing materials
• Preparing quotes and obtaining orders (painting work)
• Handling customer enquiries
• Issuing invoices

Requirements 

• Apprenticeship as a painter or extensive professional experience
• Language: very good German skills
• Driving licence category B (mandatory)
• Neat/well-groomed appearance
• Good manners with customers and colleagues
• Flexible/independent/innovative 
• Computer skills
• Handy all-rounder
