To complete our team at the Public Pharmacy of the Central Pharmacy Service of the Institute of Pharmacological Sciences of Italian Switzerland at the Regional Hospital of Bellinzona and Valli, we are looking for a
Public Pharmacy Manager (60-100%)
Profile:
The pharmacist we are looking for will be called upon to contribute to the effective and efficient management of the Public Pharmacy, ensuring high standards of service and advice towards internal and external stakeholders and applying good dispensing practices.
They will also have to ensure efficient service organization and proper management of collaborators.
Required qualifications:
- Federal diploma of pharmacist or equivalent foreign qualification;
- FPH specialization title in community pharmacy;
- Managerial experience in a Public Pharmacy in Switzerland is a preferred qualification;
- Experience in personnel management;
- Knowledge of federal and cantonal health laws;
- Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of at least one other national language;
- General computer skills;
- Good organizational, relational, and communication skills.
