The University Clinic for Gynaecology at the Inselspital Bern is a leading, internationally recognised medical centre for gynaecology. Our services cover all areas of gynaecology and obstetrics. The University Clinic for Ophthalmology at the Inselspital has a long tradition of excellence in ophthalmology. The Department of Gynaecology and Ophthalmology comprises 31 beds as well as 7 beds in the day clinic. Here, women with gynaecological, oncological or senological conditions as well as patients for conservative and microsurgical treatment of eye diseases are cared for.

What to expect

• Information to prepare for the upcoming operation
• Care of day clinic patients, assistance in the care of patients with complex surgical procedures
• Reception of patients and organisation of the outpatient clinic schedule
• Carrying out medical orders (blood sampling, catheterisation, ECG)

What you bring

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Experience in an acute hospital is an advantage
