WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU FOR

In this versatile role, you combine practical work in tool issuance with the digital management of our equipment, thereby making an important contribution to smooth production processes.

Your tasks in detail:

• Ensuring the operational running of the tool issuance considering cost-effectiveness, quality, and deadlines
• Creating tool lists, performing gross/net reconciliations, and compiling the required tools
• Measuring tools and coordinating setup orders in close cooperation with team leaders
• Managing and maintaining the equipment range in the Tool Management System
• Creating and maintaining digital twins of the required equipment in the form of 3D models
• Providing technical tool support to machine operators, production planning, and suppliers
• Optimising processes and workflows as part of the continuous improvement process (CIP)
• Ensuring compliance with environmental and occupational safety regulations

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or a comparable technical qualification
• Sound knowledge of tool and equipment technology
• Good user skills in NX CAM, Teamcenter, and TMS/Zoller
• Experience with Siemens NX/MRL is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Clear, target-group appropriate communication and the ability to convincingly represent your own position
• Openness to new challenges as well as an independent, solution- and practice-oriented working style
