Your tasks
- You support job seekers with the aim of reintegrating them into the labour market
- You identify obstacles to reintegration and develop strategies aimed at returning to the labour market
- You coach job seekers to enhance their employability
- You monitor compliance with legal obligations
- You collaborate with internal and external partners and develop suitable synergies
Desired profile
- 3-year EFZ or higher vocational training at tertiary level and federal specialist certificate as HR specialist or social insurance specialist (also possible alongside work)
- Several years of professional experience in counselling and job placement, vocational reintegration or human resources
- Specific knowledge in the areas of social insurance and labour market
- Ability to conduct counselling sessions in various forms (in person, by telephone or video), leadership and coaching skills
- Adaptability, resilience and listening skills
- Excellent command of digital tools and platforms
- Fluency in German or French with very good knowledge of the other language (bilingual)
