What to expect:
You acquire customers, conduct contract negotiations and successfully conclude orders and projects in the area of gravel, excavation and concrete – aligned with market conditions and company strategy
You advise and support customers as well as construction sites throughout Eastern Switzerland (TG, SG, AR/AI)
You ensure high customer satisfaction and position us as a customer-oriented, innovative and sustainable partner
You maintain and manage relationships with customers, builders, investors, associations and authorities and support the placement of resource-saving and CO₂-reduced building materials
You handle projects in close cooperation with internal interfaces such as administration, production, logistics and quality assurance
You process complaints and support the development of sustainable solutions
You take responsibility for maintaining conditions as well as invoice controls
- You actively participate in projects in the field of digitalisation and in interdisciplinary teams
What you bring:
- You have a degree as a civil engineer or a technical or craft basic education with further training (e.g. technical sales assistant) or several years of experience in sales in the construction industry
- Further training as a federally certified mortar and concrete materials tester is an advantage
- You bring many years of experience in the construction industry as well as a corresponding network
- You know the market in Eastern Switzerland and have basic knowledge of concrete technology
- You have good knowledge in the area of gravel, excavation and concrete products as well as their services
- You have very good IT user skills (SAP, Salesforce, Google) and an affinity for new technologies
- You work flexibly, independently and organised, think entrepreneurially and convince with strong communication skills, team spirit and joy in building sustainable relationships
