Activation Specialist (m/f) 80 - 100%

Your Tasks

You design the daily routine, the activation program as well as the sociocultural events and carry out the activities
You support and accompany our residents on excursions
You contribute your creativity to festive or themed internal events
You work interdisciplinarily with all departments in the house

What You Bring

Completed training as an activation specialist HF, specialist in activating care (FAB) or as a specialist for everyday design and activation
Professional experience in long-term care and enjoyment in working with elderly people
Very good oral and written German skills
Good MS Office skills
Resilience, flexibility, independence, and creativity
High organizational competence with the goal of making everyday life efficient and interesting.
