- You decide whether a trademark can be protected – through your ability to research and formulate practice-compliant justifications
- You convince with your editorial and argumentative skills in writing that clearly and precisely explain the various grounds for refusal of a trademark
- You provide oral and written information to our customers
- In the medium term, there is the possibility to work in various teams or groups of experts (e.g., in the area of practical application, organizational development, internal training, or projects)

- You have a university degree or a comparable qualification (e.g., CAS Paralegal, HF Law), preferably supplemented by initial professional experience
- You are a native Italian speaker and have very good German and French skills
- You enjoy researching, editing, and arguing
- You have a broad general education, a quick grasp, and an interest in legal issues
- You like independent, deadline-driven work in multilingual teams
- You are open to new things and feel at home working with digital processes and project teams
