Your tasks
- You independently conduct various assessments in the area of child and adult protection as well as in the area of family care relationships and adoption
- You develop appropriate support and care options on a voluntary or legal basis involving the affected persons and their environment
- You efficiently handle administrative tasks, write reports, and formulate professionally justified recommendations
- You work interdisciplinarily with various partners and institutions and are happy to take on any additional tasks
Your profile
- Completed degree in social work BSc or FH and professional experience, preferably in the area of child and/or adult protection
- Enjoy working with people of all ages in difficult life situations while respecting their right to self-determination
- Fluent oral and written expression in German and good communication skills
- High social skills, resilience, and the ability to work efficiently, solution-oriented, and independently
- Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and a lively team
