Responsibilities:
With your expertise, you will take on the establishment and development of the condominium ownership business area and actively shape its development from the outset.
You are responsible for the professional management of the condominium mandates, lead owners' meetings, and ensure the consistent implementation of the resolutions passed.
Together with the teams from facility management and digitalisation, you develop future-oriented management processes and implement them in practice.
As the central contact person, you coordinate owners, caretakers, craftsmen, service providers, and authorities and manage all maintenance and renovation measures.
Preparing budgets, accounts, and reports as well as regular property inspections are also part of your responsibilities. Until the expansion of the condominium portfolio, you support the rental apartments team as needed.
Qualifications:
Your foundation is several years of experience in property management, ideally with a strong focus on condominium ownership.
You must have the Swiss federal certificate of competence as a property manager and have already prepared and led condominium meetings.
You bring sound knowledge of real estate accounting as well as tenancy, lease, and condominium law.
You are comfortable with digital applications and enjoy working interdisciplinarily and across departments.
As an initiative-taking and entrepreneurial-minded person, you communicate confidently in German and English, present yourself convincingly, and enjoy building new things.
