On behalf of the Canton of Bern, Diaconis' labour integration offers various labour market measures for the sustainable professional integration of job seekers. One of these is the EAR measure (Determination of Labour Market Relevant Resources), an assessment and potential clarification for German- and French-speaking job seekers.
