Your Field of Activity

• You coordinate incoming repair notifications, are responsible for efficient inventory management, and independently carry out maintenance, repair, and renovation work on the interior fittings of the Lucerne Cantonal Hospital
• You are responsible for the daily supervision of civil service workers, assign tasks according to their skills, and check the proper execution of their work
• You actively assist with conversion and relocation work and support the team in implementation
• With your craftsmanship, you contribute to smooth hospital operations and a pleasant environment for employees and patients

Your Experience

• You have completed vocational training as a carpenter EFZ or a comparable craft qualification and bring solid professional experience in interior fittings, maintenance, or upkeep
• You are accustomed to organising daily tasks within a team, prioritising orders, and maintaining an overview even when handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• You communicate clearly, respectfully, and solution-oriented, and enjoy working with employees, civil service workers, and internal customers
• You work independently and reliably, have good written communication skills, and are confident in using MS Office. Experience with ticket systems or CAFM software is an advantage
