Job Description

Specifically, you will work on the following topics

• Conducting property inspections (residential homes and investment properties), together with experienced valuers
• Supporting the valuation of residential, commercial and special properties
• Researching and evaluating market and location data
• Checking and preparing property documents
• Supporting the optimisation and further development of IAZI valuation tools
• Maintaining and managing the customer network (mainly by telephone)

Qualifications

You bring with you

• A university degree in architecture, business administration, economics, real estate or a comparable field
• A high level of commitment and initiative, as well as curiosity and motivation to learn something new every day
• Strong analytical skills, interest in data management
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of the Swiss real estate market or in the field of real estate valuation is an advantage
• Fluent oral and written language skills in German, English (French is an advantage)
• Driving licence category B
