About the job

You want a solid vocational education with a strong practical focus in a company with many years of training experience? Then you are in the right place at the City of Winterthur! The three-year training makes you a specialist in the cleaning, emptying, maintenance, inspection, and rehabilitation of public and private drainage systems.

Your Tasks

Clean drainage structures

Maintain special structures such as stormwater basins and pumping stations

Inspect and document using sewer TV

Operate and maintain machines, equipment, and tools

Your Profile

Completed compulsory schooling

Fascination for technology and commercial vehicles

Good spatial imagination

Manual dexterity and technical understanding

Physically resilient (no claustrophobia or fear of heights)
