What is the position about?

In this internship, you will become part of our technical training department and design modern digital learning formats – from idea to implementation. You can work creatively, take responsibility, and at the same time be accompanied by experienced trainers who support and promote you.
You bring in your own ideas, implement projects in the areas of media, technology, and product launch, and gain valuable practical experience for your career entry or thesis. In the process, you get to know interdisciplinary teams and actively shape the future of digital training solutions.

What tasks will you take on?

• Independent development and implementation of digital training formats for technical trainings.
• Creation of multimedia content (e.g., videos, interactive modules, presentations) to support training programs.
• Collaboration on product launch projects to provide training materials for new products.
• Analysis and optimization of existing training content to continuously improve digital learning quality.
• Close cooperation with trainers and interdisciplinary teams to design practical and innovative learning solutions.
   

What do we expect from you?
You:

• Are nearing the end of or have completed your studies in industrial engineering with a flair for media conception or a comparable course of study.
• Are flexible, responsible, and have a quick grasp.
• Are characterized by careful and independent working methods.
• Are a communicative and open personality.
• Communicate confidently in German and English.
• Are proficient in using AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot.
