Our company ( www.stasa.ch ) provides technical services in the fields of cable transport, piste groomer after-sales service, precision mechanics, metal construction, construction machinery and special vehicles; it markets spare parts for ski lifts and various vehicles, as well as equipment for natural hazard prevention and ski area development. It is part of the Téléverbier Group.
Retail Trade Manager CFC (M/F) at 100%
To complete our teams, we are looking for
Your tasks:
- Order and receipt management for the Téléverbier SA group
- Supplier follow-up and coordination of supplies
- Customer reception (counter, telephone, emails) and first-level technical advice
- Customer service for spare parts of Prinoth grooming machines
- Organisation of shipments in Switzerland and internationally
- Stock management and participation in inventories
- Monitoring and provision of internal tools
- Carrying out technical tasks (e.g. manufacturing hydraulic lines)
Your profile:
- Holder of a CFC as retail trade manager or equivalent training;
- Proven experience in a similar role;
- Proficiency in German, both spoken and written (minimum level A2);
- Knowledge of English is an asset.
- Initiative and organisational skills;
- Good interpersonal skills and service orientation;
- Ability to anticipate, prioritise and manage several tasks simultaneously;
- Dynamism, responsiveness and good stress management;
- Flexibility and ability to cope with unforeseen events.
