What you can achieve
- You develop integrated media strategies across all channels (online and offline) and implement them successfully.
- You manage our external agencies and media partners and ensure efficient, effective implementation.
- You continuously optimize media investments, reporting, and key figures to achieve maximum impact (ROMI, reach).
- You conduct negotiations with media and agencies and ensure best-in-class media purchasing.
- You initiate innovative media projects, tests, and research initiatives to further develop our media performance..
What you bring with you
- You have completed a degree in marketing or an equivalent education.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in media or communications management – ideally on the agency or corporate side.
- You are well versed in all media categories ("classic" & "digital") as well as in the Swiss media market.
- You are familiar with the "Laws of Growth" from the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute and can apply them in practice.
- You think analytically and are confident in using media tools (e.g., Nielsen, Google Marketing Platform, PowerBI)..
- You are strong in communication, assertive, and confident in negotiations in German and English.
