• As the main contact person for our clients regarding motor vehicle claims, you consistently place their satisfaction at the heart of your concerns, proactively responding to their needs and keeping them informed of decisions made about their cases
• You manage motor vehicle insurance claims (third-party liability, comprehensive) independently and purposefully, clarifying facts and accurately assessing coverage and liability issues
• You verify and settle all claims fairly and efficiently, thus ensuring equitable treatment for each case
• Thanks to your excellent communication skills, you interact by phone and in writing with policyholders, injured parties, lawyers, and other insurance companies, always focusing on quality customer service

• You hold a commercial qualification or equivalent (ideally in the insurance sector)
• Experience in claims handling or underwriting in motor insurance would be a valuable asset
• You possess good communication and negotiation skills and, ideally, are comfortable with multilingual exchanges
• You enjoy customer contact and are determined to find the best possible solutions
• You see change as an opportunity for development
• You demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in dynamic environments and to remain calm under heavy workload situations
