You enjoy actively shaping the school, supporting both big and small people, and keeping an overview even when five things happen at once? Then we look forward to hearing from you: two experienced headteachers who complement each other, discuss different perspectives, and yet always pull together.

🛠️ And now about you

You have a completed teaching qualification in primary education and several years of teaching experience. You are passionate about leadership and school development. You are aware of how complex but also how meaningful the role of headteacher is. You work appreciatively, solution- and team-oriented, and know what it means to take responsibility. You are clear in your decisions, can listen actively, and can reconcile different interests well.
