The Eldar Store (eldar.ch) is a Swiss online shop with over 2 million products in its range. The operator of the online shop is Eldar Store AG, based in Aesch, Basel-Landschaft. Our product range includes computers & smartphones, multimedia & TV, furniture & lighting, office & stationery, home & garden, leisure & sport as well as books & eBooks. All products are shipped from Switzerland. In addition to the huge product selection, Eldar Store impresses with fast delivery, low prices and excellent customer support in German, English and French.

To optimally manage our smooth processes, first-class partnerships and huge range, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated, communicative and organised personality as a Product and Supply Chain Manager on a 100% basis.

Your tasks with us

• Relationship management: You work directly with our existing national and international supply chain partners (manufacturers and suppliers).

• Network building: You establish new, strategic partnerships with manufacturers and suppliers at home and abroad and coordinate them.

• Operations & logistics: You monitor and coordinate all our warehouse activities, stock levels as well as all goods receipts and dispatches.

• Data & quality: You carefully check and maintain our product data and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

• Strategy & sparring: You work directly and creatively with management – both in daily business and on forward-looking, strategic topics.

Your qualifications are

A completed degree in business, marketing, communication or a comparable qualification. More important than your exact course of study is your mix of creative thinking and structured organisational talent. You have a good sense for trends and partnerships but also keep an overview of numbers, data and stock levels.

Personally you are

• Communication talent: You genuinely enjoy interacting with people and always present yourself very friendly and courteous.

• Doer mentality: You think creatively, pitch in practically and are absolutely solution-oriented.

• Working style: You work focused, structured and pursue your goals with perseverance.

Your language skills are

• German: Fluent (written and spoken)

Your working hours are Mon-Fri from 08:00 to 17:30, with a 1-hour lunch break.
