About the job
Receptionist 50%- First point of contact for all customer concerns as well as professional representation of the company at the reception
- Welcoming and attending to customers, guests and partners with a strong service orientation
- Ensuring continuous staffing and smooth reception operations during opening hours
- Receiving and forwarding telephone calls (telephone service)
- Support with administrative tasks (e.g. processing emails, creating telephone lists and maintaining data)
- Organisation and handling of postal services (incoming and outgoing)
- Management and issuance of access authorisations and badges
- High flexibility and commitment at the locations Bern, Burgdorf and Langenthal
- Completed commercial training or training in the service sector
- Professional experience in a comparable role
- Communicative, service-oriented personality
- Confident German and English skills in communication and correspondence
