Your tasks

• In our admission and emergency ward 60+, you will strengthen the team as a committed and professionally skilled nursing specialist HF or FH in the field of gerontopsychiatry.
• As a key contact person, you take on the nursing responsibility for the individual care and nursing of our patients.
• Even in complex situations, you safely accompany our patients through the nursing and therapeutic process.
• Your diverse range of tasks includes organising daily life, administrative duties, as well as carrying out medical and technical orders.

Your profile

• You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF or FH and, if holding a foreign diploma, possess the required SRK recognition or a positive SRK PreCheck.
• Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in somatics or psychiatry or wish to specialise in this field.
• You are interested in working in a multiprofessional team and caring for people with age-related complexity, which motivates you in your daily work.
• You are happy to engage with the Safewards and Recovery models and actively contribute to interdisciplinary collaboration with your open-minded, resilient, and communicative nature.
• Very good German skills at least at C1 level and good IT user skills complete your profile and support you in your administrative tasks.

Your salary

Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between CHF 76,000 and CHF 110,000 per year.

On the first day, you will be onboarded in your new team and with other colleagues. You will set up your new workplace and get an overview of your upcoming tasks. You will also receive your individual induction plan, which will help you to find your way around quickly.
