What you will achieve

• You monitor and shape the local Supply Chain & Operations (SCO) value flows in SAP.
• You analyse and are responsible for the correct plant-specific standard manufacturing costs (COGS) and their variances.
• You proactively drive COGS improvements in the production plant, e.g. through lean management and optimisation of scrap.
• You ensure the planning and forecasting process in the SCO area and actively accompany it, including risk and opportunity management.
• You prepare profitability calculations and support the investment process at the site.

What you bring

• Education: Completed degree (University/ETH, FH, HF)
• Field of study: Business administration/controlling
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in a comparable role in the manufacturing industry, as well as sound knowledge of CO processes (closing, planning, costing).
• Very good knowledge of CO processes and concepts (DBR, COGS etc.) as well as an integrated understanding of financial value flows in the SCO environment.
• Advanced SAP skills and experience with Microsoft Excel and SAP Analysis for Office (Power BI advantageous).
• Analytical skills, a structured and solution-oriented working style, as well as strong team and communication skills.
• German (C1)
• English (ADVANTAGEOUS)
