Within the team of our Ticino Regional Center, you will be responsible for optimal customer support and professional coordination of technical service specialists.

Activities:

Optimal planning of the deployment of technical service specialists
Telephone advice for both professional and private customers
Preparation of offers
Checking and modifying service invoices
Processing service orders
Managing and monitoring service orders
Diverse tasks with responsibilities in a successful family business
Rotating function with decision-making margins
A close-knit and dynamic team

Comprehensive commercial training or equivalent experience
Experience as a call center operator (inbound/outbound, front office, etc.) is an advantage
Good knowledge of the German language
Familiarity with common Microsoft Office applications and SAP knowledge
Customer service-oriented and friendly personality
