Team spirit is not created by magic
That is why we organise events for employees, for example the May excursion to Ticino. Every year, before Easter, the Bern site elects the "Golden Eye" and the Basel site is known for its "barbecue in the tower". Some meet every year for a ski weekend, others spontaneously to have a beer after work.
