Job Description

• You care for and support our clients in their own homes

• You promote independence and personal responsibility within the individual possibilities of the clients

• You carry out treatment care according to your competencies

• You collaborate with various professional groups

• You perform administrative tasks

• You accompany our FaGe/AGS trainees in their daily work

Requirements Profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ

• You are an open-minded and flexible personality who enjoys engaging with people

• You bring good communication skills and confident handling of mobile care documentation (smartphone)

• You think in a networked way, work independently and responsibly

• Driving licence category B or willingness to be mobile by e-bike
