We are looking for an Administration Assistant 80% starting February 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Our requirements
- Commercial training in hotel management or tourism is an advantage
- Very good German & English skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Flair for gastronomy
- Friendly & well-groomed appearance
- Flexible availability (Mon - Sat) between 08:00 & 20:00
Your tasks are
- Hub function between management & our various departments (brewery, kitchen, content management & ice workshop)
- Event & seminar sales
- Independent conduct of event meetings
- Guest support by phone & in writing
- Daily accounting for all businesses
- General administrative tasks around daily business
- Plan & organize in-house events
- Commitment and team spirit
- Support of the Zollhaus One Suite Hotel
