This position reports to:

Warehouse/Internal Logistics Manager

Your tasks

You motivate and organise your team and promote collaboration to achieve productivity and KPI targets.
You work closely with relevant interfaces, solve problems and continuously optimise process flows.
You conduct regular employee discussions, define individual development goals and thus promote the further development of your team.
You take over the operational control and administrative handling of all transport processes within our Extended Workbench concept – on time, correctly and cost-efficiently.

Your profile

3–5 years of professional experience in logistics, production supply or a comparable function (e.g. team leadership, logistics specialist).
Confident handling of ERP systems (SAP) and warehouse management systems (WM/WMS), including bookings, inventory management and evaluations.
Strong team orientation, solution-oriented thinking as well as very good communication skills in spoken and written form.
Swiss Federal Diploma as a logistics specialist or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
Very good German skills, English skills are a plus.
Clean criminal record
