Skills

  • Completed training as a polymechanic or similar, with CNC experience.
  • Familiarity with CNC machines, especially Fanuc Robodrill.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

About the job

  • Setting up machines and manufacturing highly precise watch components, such as oscillating weights, from high-quality materials and precious metals
  • Performing simple programming tasks to support manufacturing processes
  • Operating, optimising and monitoring machining centres for the production of small series and automated production
  • Independently setting up and maintaining the autonomous machine park
  • Producing prototypes and creating the associated documentation
  • Maintaining and updating production and process documentation
  • Carrying out self-inspection of the first workpiece according to the inspection protocol
  • Ensuring and adhering to defined quality requirements
  • Actively participating in the continuous improvement and optimisation of production processes, especially regarding machining strategies, tools and clamping systems

    Your field of activity

    What you bring with you

    • You have completed basic training as a polymechanic, precision mechanic, micromechanic or production mechanic, ideally with several years of professional experience in CNC milling; knowledge of turning is an advantage
    • You are familiar with operating CNC machines and ideally have experience with Fanuc Robodrill milling machines
    • You are used to performing highly precise and demanding tasks carefully, reliably and independently
    • Reading and interpreting technical drawings is part of your daily work
    • German or French is your mother tongue and you have good knowledge of the other language
    • You enjoy working in a team, are flexible and bring a strong quality awareness as well as a committed working style
